Company employee broken leg?
I discovered that my now ex-girlfriend was cheeting on me with my ex-Friend, so I decided to go to his workplace so I can vent my anger. He works as a taxi driver while I'm in the mini bus he was driving and we exchanged words, but he then got out, pulled the sliding door grabed my throat and threw me on the sidewalk, but my ex was in the thing rail bar and when he threw my leg broken. a passerby called police and he was taken, but I wondering if I could continue the taxi company to break my leg or i cannot because I am not an employee? ps I am in the UK so please Americans stop responding on our site unless you know British law cause i wasn't really i just wanted to confirm that just happened, but then he had a go at me and broke my leg cause i wasn't really i just wanted to confirm that just happened but he had a go and I broke my leg
"So I decided to go to his workplace so I can vent my anger" Basically, you were to just anger you tried to take revenge, you have shown in the work place guys angry, the only other guy you tried to get away from it that led you to fall and break your leg, No chance, no court in the world could pay compensation in these circumstances, be realistic that the other guy was supposed to do? Just stay and take what you do or say to him amid his workplace? The lesson for next time maybe just go after someone if their smaller than you.
