Gauge 1 Steam

What is wrong with my car? PLEASE HELP!?
I have a rover 25 1.4i recently and im having the top of the water every week! when my car is low on water when im driving I can see steam coming from the top of my hat when the liquid cooling and the temperature gauge mounted between half and a little red but once ive completed its fine, works great, I sometimes notice a patch under each car now and then n brown stuff in the coolant tank, what is wrong with him? please help (ps my exhaust looks like a boy running, if you know what I mean), I have just looked at the problem and my partner pressed the pipe near tank and we can see where his flight! its on the driver side under the car near the timing belt in a black case, but we are unable to get there, theres a screw missing too, what can we do now about as how much does it cost?
You have a leak in your cooling system. Odds are it is a pipe or a crowbar. With engine warm and running look and see if you can determine where its coming from. I replaced almost my entire cooling system piece by piece in my vehicle.
