Kew Bridge Steam Museum
Built in 19th century London with water supply, the Museum is recognized as the most important historic site of the water supply industry in Great Britain. It has both the engines of Cornwall, who are in their original homes engine, and rotary engines, which were collected by the Museum of confidence pumping stations across the country. The collection shows the evolution major in technology of the Steam Engine. They also have examples of diesel, electric, water and animal powered pump engines.
One weekend a month, 90inch, Boulton and Watt and Maudslay and Bull engines steam demonstrate the power of the beam of water supply engines.

There are a variety of special events at the museum throughout the year, including a show at steam, a historic fire engine rally, a weekend showing how the aqueduct operated during the war and the performance of Henry V by the merely players.
Kew Bridge Steam Museum, which is operated by an independent educational charity, is located on the north side of Kew Bridge, beneath the high Victorian Pipe Tower (the address is Green Dragon Lane, TW18 0EN).
It is open Tuesday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm and on Monday holidays. The Steam Train is open every Sunday and holiday Mondays from April to October.
Prices are for an annual multi-visit ticket for 2010, which entitles the bearer return as many times as desired throughout the year.
Adult – £ 9.50
OAP / Students – £ 8.50
The Children under 16 are admitted free to the museum,
but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Proof of age may be required.
