We all want more power and more distance in our golf swing. And fortunately, there are several options to create. If you do not feel well or better adapted to your body, there is still much more that can be used.
This report is strike.
Hitting, as opposed to swinging, is when the player accelerates the clubhead by pushing the side of the Golf Club. Technically this is called an acceleration "radial" the club meaning the right elbow and right wrist are pressing on the side of the club (radius) to reach the club head speed. It was startling, like a hockey stick or tennis racket.
In hitting, the right elbow, right wrist, and right shoulder all play a critical role.
The right elbow – How is power created? How is it used? When the right elbow is bent, energy is stored. It is the potential energy to open the elbow and forearm to move forward. This is the same action as a cylinder piston on an old steam Locomotive or the action of the piston in a car engine. This is the action of a hockey player motionless on the ice and shooting the puck. It is a hard move to the club from the right elbow.
(Like Either Incidentally, it is also probably why we position the ball with our left shoulder to the target. This position allows us to use our dominant arm right and right elbow with the best angle to hit the ball like in tennis forehand swing.)
The right wrist – The right wrist keeps pushing on the club during the milliseconds while the clubface is compressing and deforming the golf ball. The right wrist helps to resist the slowing of the head the club during impact. In short, resisting the clubhead's tendency to slow down the thought of the strike zone, a player can win up 30% more clubhead speed in the same conditions INITIAL. So it is not trivial. In addition, to be clear, this is NOT turning the wrist right at impact. It is a passive but strong resistance to the slowdown of the club.

The right shoulder – We know that the best players in the rotation right shoulder very well with the aircraft and the target line. Yes, that was said and observed thousands of times.
But WHY?
The right shoulder has two functions – one is the implementation of body weight behind the movement of the piston the right elbow. The connection of body weight in the right elbow with huge momentum to put more in contact with the ball and transfer more energy for the Ball. It's like being hit by a bike or a truck of 10 tons at a time moving at the same speed. Who will do more damage and transfer more energy?
Clearly, the 10-ton truck. So get your body weight better connected and behind the elbow right for more power. OK – that is easy to understand. But the second function of the right shoulder is more subtle. Imagine a dog leash. The dog is free to travel some distance. But when it comes to the end of the leash, he suddenly stopped. The shoulder is always the same. If the shoulder movement right to the swing plane and the target line, the right elbow to stay bent all his power for a touchdown late.
This is the dog leash is yet loose enough to allow the right elbow to explode into the ball. Howeve, if the right shoulder turns on a plane Than flatter the swing plane, the right elbow Will Start opening up – That Is loosing power – before It Is Even near the ball. The right elbow is "leakage" power because the unconscious said: "You have to hit the ball!" and the only way to hit the ball with a shoulder rotation flatter than the swing plane is the opening of the right elbow. The right elbow can not explode into the ball because it is already open and can only move a short distance before it is to end "years left." Do not believe what I write here.
Try it yourself. Do it now – even without a club in your hand. Am I right or not? And now you know why rotation of the shoulder right down the plane of swing of a golfer keeps the energy stored in the right elbow until the last second before impact.
