Steam Locomotive Designations

The development of a Model Railway in action up minimal space
Joyfully unpack the packages that large Christmas morning and discovered a small Train put inside is certainly a cherished childhood memory of many an enthusiast Trains. Its implementation on the floor, with the help of Dad, of course, the next two hours were spent watching the Locomotive and its parade Coaches and the circle of wagons oval endless path, purpose and destination limited only by our imagination.
Fast forward 30 years and we decide it would be a fun hobby to enter. But this time we will take it seriously.
We look at the locomotive miniature steam, very detailed with multiple cars. We scour the net for more information looking for the best way to buy and read on building baseboards while aspiring to create designs that can compete, in miniature, all that man or nature can create.
Mostly we have obtained the approval of our other half to develop the model of our dream of a part of the house that will become the future own little sanctuary rail. The next step is a visit or several, to our favorite hobby shop. We left satisfied, wallets and a lighter little deeper into credit card debt.
For those of us fortunate to have a large loft, garage or a spare room in which continue our great design, we have hundreds of circuit configurations to choose from, with myriad variations of each. Oh, the possibilities!
But if like me, you live in a small 2 bedroom apartment and you do not have the luxury of a trip of 12 feet directly with 6-foot turns, this tiny oval 6'x3 'Will not hold interest for very long.
Entering the loop at two speeds double. This is exactly what I created on my 6'3 "x 3'6" scaling HO – The Sunny Model Railroad.
Composed of two independent loops fed by separate processors, the lower loop is an irregular oval with a siding short. The second layer is a high bone dog, modified, switched to a portion right, also with a short siding. One loop double layer would not fit on a provision of this size, but this limitation has proved a blessing in disguise. I now have a layout more complex and interesting especially with the level twice.
I created two separate tunnels for the lower oval, one to the mountains and another at the end opposed so that the passenger train steam is visible perhaps only two-thirds of the time because it winds around the track. To add realism I can stop train in a tunnel and delaying its release to create the illusion that the train has traveled a much greater distance.
On the top layer, a freight train passes through its own tunnel in the mountains, then past a turn signal control with the possibility of a simple switching on the siding.
Perhaps the best part of this system is that the trains are controlled independently – all without the help of Digital Command Control!
Because the half-levels, the center of the formatting a valley of meadows and that's where I'm constantly trying new ideas and themes in hopes of getting very creative with my landscaping. As it stands, a farmer watches over his flock of sheep as they graze worries. Further, workers are at work building a small cottage. Further still, the dazzling white quartz sand beach of a man overlooking a lake surrounded by tall grass at the water waiting for the tourists. Overall, a model railroad is a continuous work in progress that is secretly hope will never be done.
After pressing a good amount of action to train out of my lack of space in the scale HO I can not help thinking that if I had a chance to repeat, N scale would be my choice. Oh, the possibilities!
