What is the difference between a steam Locomotive and a Steam Engine?
I study the industrial revolution in my history class the world and I was wondering what is the difference between the Steam Locomotive and the steam engine was. This is not a matter of duty, just to ask out of curiosity.
A steam locomotive is the mechanism that uses steam to create movement. A steam engine is an engine Steam with special wheels which run on rails.
