Cheyenne offers a wide variety of things to see and do for both residents and visitors engaged too short a period of time in this beautiful city. Cheyenne cultural offerings include several museums and exhibitions including the Wyoming State Museum with its displays of memorabilia from the era of the Wild West on the history of the state. The Nelson Museum of the West develops a cowboy and the theme of the history of Wild West and includes the main screens and displays of Indian artifacts and displays indigenous wildlife. The Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum has an excellent range of Native American art and more particularly Ogdala Sioux as well as exhibitions of the Union Pacific Railroad and one of the largest collections of horse-drawn carriages and wagons.
